Your Responsibilities:

  • Quality Standards Adherence: Ensure that products adhere to established quality standards, meeting customer expectations and needs.
  • Product Specification Design: Develop quality control processes and design product specifications to uphold quality standards.
  • Legal and Safety Standards: Ensure products are designed in adherence to legal and safety standards, promoting a secure and compliant manufacturing process.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and monitor production standards, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Raw Material Inspection: Examine the quality of raw materials used in production, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Internal Process Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate internal production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Final Product Evaluation: Evaluate the final output of products to determine their quality, approving or rejecting products that fail to meet standards.
  • Quality Standards Reporting: Report quality standards issues to upper management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Product Recall Evaluation: Evaluate product recalls, ensuring prompt and effective handling of quality-related concerns.
  • Production Efficiency Improvement: Improve production efficiency and manage waste, contributing to cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Client Needs Communication: Understand client needs and requirements, effectively communicating quality standards to production teams.
  • Specification and Procedure Development: Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, training staff to implement them.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure legal obligations are followed and comply with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.
  • Final Output Inspection: Inspect the final output, compare it to requirements, and approve or reject the final products based on quality standards.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis to assess and enhance quality performance.
  • Manufacturing Process Improvement: Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process, ensuring higher quality and efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and product specifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Understanding of legal and safety standards in manufacturing.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and health and safety guidelines.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and documentation practices.
