Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior human resource managers, providing guidance and support.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and employment regulations.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
