Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Needs Understanding: Fully understand clients’ needs and determine whether the business can meet those requirements effectively.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee a team to ensure the timely, budgeted, and high-quality delivery of the company’s products or services, meeting client standards.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing client projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Research and Strategy: Conduct research to inform client strategies, staying informed about market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Sales Generation: Contact clients to generate new sales, working on marketing efforts to attract new customers, and supporting customers after the sale.
  • Negotiation and Record-Keeping: Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data, ensuring accurate and transparent documentation.
  • Product Presentation: Present company products to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits effectively.
  • After Sales Support: Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
